By installing or using ArkheRack, you agree to these terms.
1. License
When you buy ArkheRack, you get a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You don’t buy the software itself; Arkhe Studios keeps all rights to it.
2. Activations
Each license can be activated on up to [N] computers that belong to you. To move it to another computer, deactivate it on the old one first (or contact support).
3. What you can do
Use ArkheRack in personal and commercial projects. The music and audio you make with it belong to you.
4. What you can’t do
- Share, resell, rent or transfer your license or license key [unless we approve it in writing].
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the software, except where the law allows it.
- Bypass or tamper with the license protection.
5. Exported variants
Plugins you export with ArkheRack are part of your license. You may use them on your own computers, but you may not distribute or sell them.
6. Third-party plugins
ArkheRack hosts plugins made by other developers. Those plugins are covered by their own licenses. Arkhe Studios is not responsible for how they work, and they are not included with ArkheRack.
7. Updates
Updates are free for [the life of the product / version 1.x]. We may add, change or remove features in updates.
8. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Since ArkheRack has no trial version, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, even if you have already activated your license. When a refund is issued, your license is deactivated on all computers. After 14 days, purchases are final, except where the law in your country requires otherwise. To request a refund, contact us at support@arkhe-studios.com with your order number, or reach Paddle directly through the link in your purchase receipt.
9. No warranty
ArkheRack is provided “as is.” We work hard to make it stable, but we can’t guarantee that it will be error-free or work with every host, plugin or system.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Arkhe Studios isn’t liable for data loss, lost projects, lost income or other indirect damages from using the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
11. Termination
If you break these terms, your license can be cancelled.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile.
