Arkhe Studios makes audio plugins, including ArkheRack. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you buy: your purchase is processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles your payment details; we never see or store your card information. We receive your name, email address, country and order details so we can deliver your license.
- When you activate a license: the plugin sends your license key and a Machine ID to our server. The Machine ID is an identifier generated from your computer; it doesn’t contain personal files or your name. We use it to tie the license to your computer and to limit the number of activations.
- When the plugin checks for updates: it contacts our server to compare versions. We may log the plugin version, operating system and the date of the request.
- When you contact us: we keep your email and messages so we can help you.
What we don’t collect
ArkheRack does not collect your audio, projects, presets or information about other plugins you use.
How we use it
To deliver and activate licenses, prevent license misuse, provide updates and support, and send you important information about your purchase. We only send marketing email if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We don’t sell your data. We only share it with services we need to operate: Paddle (payments), (license server and website) and [email provider].
How long we keep it
For as long as your license is active, or as long as the law requires for purchase records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by writing to [email]. If we delete your activation data, the license may need to be activated again.
